Canning sure keeps you busy doesn't it? I haven't done tomatoes-many of them ended up with blossom rot, so I'll probably freeze whatever we get...we'll see :-) How many quarts have you done? I can imagine a bunch with how big your garden is! ;-)
I have always wanted to learn to do canning. Maybe one day!
