Weekly Weigh In




Stepped on the scales this morning and I was very happy to see about a 4 pound loss for the week!  Yippee, go me!  I had a really great week.  Saturday my eating wasn't as good, but I got back on track and didn't let a few bad choices stop me!

I got 5 days out of 7 of exercise in.  4 days of walking/jogging and a great body sculpting class!

I am so looking forward to the weather slowly getting nicer out so I can be outside more.  It makes such a huge difference in my mood and energy level!

I'm going to do this, one day at a time!  

Like the picture above says " I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!"  :)
